Ordering & delivery
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Order on a business day before 10:00 PM? In principle, your order will be prepared for shipment that same business day. As soon as your Qruik® is on its way, you'll automatically receive a track & trace link by email.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders of €65 or more. For orders under €65, shipping costs €5.95.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a track & trace link by email. You can use it to follow your order all the way to your door.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Would you like to change or cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible at service@qruik.com. We're happy to help. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we can't guarantee that changes or cancellations will still be possible.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Not quite what you were looking for? You can return your order in accordance with our return policy. The product must be unused and returned in good condition.
How do I register a return?
Would you like to return your order? Send us an email at service@qruik.com and we'll help you further the same day.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and processed your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment method you used to place your order.

Every Qruik® comes with instructions explaining all the steps for safe use. You can also view the full instructions online.

Always check the care label of your Qruik® product first. Remove the inner hot water bottle before cleaning the cover and follow the washing instructions on the label to keep the material looking its best.
How do I keep my Qruik® looking good for as long as possible?
Allow your Qruik® to dry properly after use and store it in a dry place. Regularly check the inner hot water bottle and cap for signs of wear or damage, and always follow the instructions for use.

What materials are Qruik® products made from?
Our soft Qruik® products are made with an outer material of 100% polyester, giving them a soft and comfortable feel during use.
What's inside my Qruik®?
Your Qruik® contains a removable inner hot water bottle that can be taken out of the product. This combines the familiar principle of a traditional hot water bottle with a soft outer cover.
Are Qruik® products available in different colours?
Yes. Our products are available in a range of soft, neutral colours. You can see which colours are currently available on each product page in our shop.
Which Qruik® is right for me?
That mainly depends on what you're looking for. Feet is designed to keep your feet warm, Wrap can be worn around your stomach or lower back, and Bear combines warmth with a soft, cuddly design. Check the product pages for all the features of each Qruik®.
